Returns policy

We at Varietech, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If however you think you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, or simply you have changed your mind, you must contact and email us within 48 hours upon receipt of goods. Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives and notify us if there are any problems.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

 

Change of Mind Returns – 30 Days

If you have changed your mind or incorrectly purchased the wrong item/s, Varietech is please to offer you a refund less postage and handling.  For single or combined purchased including item with free postage, customer is responsible for all return shipping and postage cost. Return of item is accepted providing that:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase
  • You provide a proof of purchase (e.g. online proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice)
  • The item is in re-saleable in it’s original new condition and packaging, is unused with all parts included

For all purchased items indicated as “free postage”, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Customer is responsible for initial shipping and handling on all returns. If item is covered under warranty, or found not as described or incorrectly supplied, Varietech is please to reimburse the standard postage cost plus a full refund providing that customer must contact us within 14days upon receipt of item. No return accepted without prior notice as some item the customer can keep or dispose at seller discretion.

How to cancel your order?

If you think you have incorrectly purchased a product, you may contact and email us within the same day of purhased prior for dispatch the next day.

If the product had already been dispatched, you may request for return of product or mark the parcel with “RTS” or Return To Sender and lodge it into your nearest Post Office.  If product is no longer in its original parcel delivery and “RTS” would be no longer applicable, customer is responsible for initial shipping and handling on all returns. A partial refund will be provided of the cost of goods only less the original postage and handling.

In the event of a successful cancellation prior for dispatch, you will receive a full refund of your order. You may allow 48hrs to process the refund.

For International customers, same cancellation policy above applies except need to be aware this refund will be to the full value in AUD (Australian Dollar). We don’t compensate any fluctuations in currency conversion from the date of purchase to the time of cancellation. Customer is responsible for initial shipping and handling on all returns.

How can I return a Product?

To return an item, simply drop us an email and we will get the returns process moving. All returns are normally processed within 7 days of being received. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
