Carburetor metal needle viton tip suits Victa G4 & LM plastic carburetor.
A metal body with viton tip which is a huge improvement of the old plastic needle OEM CR03404A.
This newly developed Viton Tip Metal Needle was carefully designed and manufactured to address fuel leaking issues on most Victa 2-Stroke.
Excellent sealing property in conjunction with the newly modified primer cap with larger seat hole and offset height.
Using this needle, you can even leave the fuel tap open overnight without flooding your carburetor which make it easy to start.
This new needle will works on all existing aftermarket, OEM and genuine G4/LM Victa Primer Caps.

When the fuel starts to leaks out from the primer bulb, your carburetor will floods and makes it difficult to start even after replacing with a new plastic needle and float.
This issue is been address with this newly developed viton tip metal needle. Machined to design specification.
Float and other clearances has been taken into design consideration in order to suit most of the aftermarket and our modified and improved primer cap.
Note: There is one particular type of aftermarket float that we found which doesn’t work with other aftermarket or original primer cap.
The float is 2mm shorter than the original float and will hit the seat assembly before it can close the valve which will floods the carburetor.
You may have one of this type of float. Our primer cap will work with this type of float.
